With a sharp legal mind and unwavering commitment to client advocacy, Matt leads our Civil Division which incluses probate, wills, and estate planning legal services.
Matt Zimmerman, a partner at Blizzard and Zimmerman Attorneys, is a skilled trial lawyer with extensive courtroom experience. He brings that same level of preparation, strategy, and advocacy to his probate practice, where he helps clients navigate complex matters such as contested wills and estate disputes.
His experience in criminal trial court along with civil and family law brings strategic insight and attention (along with his MBA in addition to his law degree) to detail honed from managing complex civil and family law matters.
Matt understands that probate challenges often involve sensitive family dynamics and high emotional stakes. His trial background gives him the ability to not only negotiate effectively but also to stand ready to vigorously represent his clients in court when needed.
